Whenever I go, I always stay in the same hotel that offers spectacular views of the world-famous Victoria Harbor. At the peak, dine at the Cafe Deco where you can enjoy the stunning panoramic views of Hong Kong. Also, be sure to visit the former Central Police Station, the Central Magistracy and the Victoria Prison, all of which are must see heritage sites and art museums within the city.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n While staying in Hong Kong, experience the local flair and explore the wet market, day market and night market. It is definitely unique and eye-opening to see all the different fresh meat, produce, traditional Chinese ingredients and all the cultural souvenirs you can bring home to family and friends. My favorite is the Wong Tai Sin Temple. You can also visit the giant Buddha and enjoy an authentic vegetarian meal at the monastery.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n If timing is right, you can check out events at the Royal Hong Kong Jockey Club, whether its a day race or night race, watching or betting, it is certainly a fun experience to take part of. Just add a gourmet meal and cocktails and you\u2019re are in for a treat! Enjoy authentic Cantonese Chinese food in an iconic floating palace or visit the China Club for an unforgettable dining experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n I would also highly suggest renting a private junk to go to one of the nearby islands for an extraordinary fresh seafood meal.
